He has received advanced degrees and training in evaluation analytics and research methods for field studies and scholarly articles in leading research journals. His expertise includes program and impact evaluation, intercultural effectiveness, organizational assessment, and evaluation design. Dr. Peters-Harden has diverse leadership skills and experiences in the nonprofit and educational sectors. Her professional roles include executive director of the largest YWCA of the Metropolitan Detroit branch, educational consultant for private and charter school start-ups in Michigan and Minnesota, and faculty and administration in K-12 and higher education. Dr. Peters-Harden's expertise is in intercultural and social competence, organizational leadership and development, and educational development.
